We ran a short industry survey on process management trends and challenges.
It explored how organisations are currently managing processes, where bottlenecks occur and what teams need to do to improve visibility, automation and governance.
By completing the survey at the event, people helped shape an industry insights report highlighting how process management is evolving in 2026 and a snapshot of how trends have changed over the last 12 months.
We entered everyone into a prize draw to win a replica England shirt, signed by Harry Kane (complete with certification of authenticity). The winner was presented with their prize on stage at Ivanti Live.

Eligibility: Participation is open to attendees at the Ivanti LIVE! London event that complete a survey. No purchase neccessary. Employees of CTMS and Ivanti and their immediate families are not eligible to take part.
Survey Purpose: This survey is conducted for research purposes. Your responses will help us better understand market trends.
Data Privacy: All responses will be treated in accordance with GDPR. Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes stated and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Accuracy of Information: Participants agree to provide honest and accurate responses to the best of their knowledge.
Winners: All winners will be informed via email by CTMS within 48 hours of Ivanti LIVE! Winners will have 14 days in which to confirm they are eligible to accept the prize.
Prize: The main prize is a signed replica England shirt. No cash alternative available.
