HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT
Our preferred method of contact for technical support is through email – in this way, a more detailed description of the incident is captured.
Your email should detail your problem/issue and also include the version of the software, any screenshots and a detailed description of the issue along with any other information that may be useful. The more information that you provide the more accurate and speedier our response.
