You will be leading the Sales Team
- You will lead from the front, using your honesty and integrity as a Sales Professional, guiding our young team to excel and grow through a hands-on approach.
- Working closely with the Sales Director, you will be involved in the strategic requirements to build upon our solid foundations through actively generating productive pipelines through networking, marketing as well as working closely within the channel and partner contacts
You will have
- At least 5 years’ experience of which 3 selling IT Solutions to Commercial organisations
- Proven experience in repeatedly finding, working and closing deals above £50k
- Accomplished and creative in building a strong sales pipeline and track record of consistent performance against target
- Well organised and experienced using a structured sales methodology
- Resilient, professional and positive with an entrepreneurial flare to build, and drive sales and the team forward, with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
