Savision iQ is an end-to-end monitoring platform (e.g., SCOM, SolarWinds, Nagios) that unifies IT operations with the Ivanti IT Service Management platform. Savision will bring together on-premise monitoring and public cloud monitoring on Azure and AWS and present the information directly into Ivanti Service Management.

Based on ElasticSearch, Savision IQ can handle millions of IT alerts in milliseconds and correlate them to help you understand the business impact and automate incident workflows.

Working alongside the Ivanti CMDB, Savision iQ discovers and enhances the IT service model to enrich the IT alert and event management process. By correlating alerts or events from existing monitoring systems, Savision iQ allows IT service desk operators to smartly troubleshoot, ticket, and engage other teams to proactively resolve incidents.

Alerts or events are also enriched with known problem and change ticket information from the Ivanti Service Management platform, which prevent errant escalations and redundant ticket creation. Savision iQ's IT Business Analytics provide real-time insight into how incidents, problems, and changes affect service levels and the financial health of an organisation.
